At Baby Mumma, it is top of our list to get your items to you as soon as we can.
We operate Monday - Friday (with the exception of public holidays) and we endeavour to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving your order, however, this may take a day or two longer over the weekends and holiday periods.  A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready to be popped on the courier.

Please note: Rural deliveries may take slightly longer to arrive and are unable not ship to PO Box addresses.

For international orders outside of New Zealand, Baby Mumma has no control over any customs, import duties or taxes that may be levied when the package reaches your country, you are solely liable for these charges.

We are happy to exchange sizes if you accidentally ordered the wrong one. First and foremost, please
contact us within 7 days of your purchase so we can work out the best possible solution for you and your items. Please send items to be exchanged back to us in the original condition within 14 days of your purchase, unworn/unwashed, with the tags attached and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability and in the unfortunate event that we cannot exchange your item, we will issue you with a store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. For peace of mind when returning items, please ensure you send them via courier as we accept no responsibility for items that may be lost in the post. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the buyer. 


We take great care when preparing your order, although if for some reason you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact us so we can regroup and get the right item to you as fast as possible.

We are happy to offer a replacement, store credit or a refund for faulty items. Please understand that all requests are subject to our discretion and we will happily cover the cost of return shipping on faulty items.
